Genesis 21:22, "At that time Abimelech and Phicol the commander of his forces said to Abraham, "God is with you in everything you do."
ReplyDeleteWOW! What a statement! A king and a military leader saw something different about Abraham and His God. I wonder what they saw that made them say this. I also wonder what it would take for those around me to be able to say the same thing.
Right after this, Abraham proves his trust in God by following God's command to sacrifice Isaac. God proved His faithfulness AGAIN by providing a ram for Abraham.
What a great God we serve.
Lord, help me to be faithful to You and may You get glory from what others see in my life.
